Report a game problem

Include the page address, browser name, device type and a short explanation of what happened. If possible, mention the room number and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help, but remove any personal information before sending it. Never send passwords or payment details.

Progress is stored in your browser rather than a site account. Clearing site data or using another browser can make saved progress unavailable; we do not have an account-based backup to restore it from.

Privacy and copyright requests

For privacy requests, explain the data or message you are asking about without providing unnecessary identification documents. For attribution or removal requests, include the affected URL and information showing your relationship to the material. Our Privacy Policy and Copyright page explain more.

We do not currently offer an on-site contact form or live chat. Email opens your own mail application; a message has not been sent until you send it there.
